DBR provided sub-contractor services to Bowmer & Kirkland for the enabling phase of 2 New Bailey Square, which is part of English Cities Funds’ Salford regeneration scheme. This 270,000 sq ft development consists of 10 floors. The enabling phase, where DBR was involved, focused on the delivery of the basement platform and associated bulk earthworks.
