MCI Developments, a part of Keepmoat Homes, is working with The Riverside Group, in partnership with Homes England, to deliver 170 homes on a site in Ellesmere Port along Meadow Lane. DBR provided a design and build service, starting from the procurement stage, to help deliver this housing project, bringing new life to a long-unused industrial site. Its prime location near the railway station and town centre adds to the appeal of the new development.
