Thatto Heath St Helens
The development site on Thatto Heath Road, St Helens, had been planned for residential use for over 30 years but had remained undeveloped due to various constraints and viability issues. Countryside Partnerships collaborated with St Helens Council and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority to secure government funding, making the project financially viable. Once DBR completed the necessary enabling works, construction began in June 2023 for 164 homes on 12.6 acres sitting between Thatto Heath Road and Elm Road.
